I went last Sunday!
Yep. They do
Such a quaint spot for coffee, tea, and pastries. Amazing customer service too.
Small little place up some stairs from the street. There is lots of places to sit, a perfect study spot! I had an amazing americano too!
Been the same nice cozy place for 20 years.
The best Late that you can ever have 😘
Always a must when we visit Capitola or camp in New Brighton. Best in town.
Very cozy and charming coffee shop on the second floor with a great view and awesome balcony! This is my favorite place to stop for a cup of coffee when I'm driving down the coast. My only complaint is that I wish they didn't have a $5 card minimum.
A great local Hangout.
One of my favorite coffee shops ever. Great drinks, food, ocean-view, cute atmosphere. Whenever I'm in the area it's a MUST visit.
Cute place for coffee. Great view! Nice people behind the counter... Worth a visit
Best coffee ever. If it's not too packed. The small outdoor patio overlooking the Venetians and the ocean is so beautiful. It's a SMALL coffee shop so seating can be very limited.
Stunning few with a tasty coffee. The entrance is a bit hidden, next to the restaurant downstairs. This makes this place even better, because not many know about.
Good coffee. Bad food. Usually understaffed. Midweek they will have one person working and a line. On the weekends they will have three people working and a line. Slow.
Love this place. I enjoy their coffee and hot chocolate.
Great location, great staff, great coffee! Just go already.
We like this place. I like the coffee, the kids like the treats. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes will play chess or one of the others games. I like to hang out in the balcony. This morning someone was playing on the piano, so we just listened to the music while enjoying our treats. Was a nice morning.
Great beach coffee. Capitola. Ca
Great coffee, gorgeous beach views, and cozy atmosphere. I may have just found my new writing spot.
Cozy place with a small balcony view of the ocean. Get out of the sun for a cup of coffee upstairs, grab a seat by the window or couch and relax.
My wife and I love this place. We live in San Jose and try to make this a regular adventure. Staff is always amazing and the coffee is on point. The biscottis are bomb! Cookies are to!
Good place to grab some coffee then walk around the little shops. They have some unique flavors like lavender which I loved!
We sat here for so long. Great brews & vibes.
Good coffee and nice atmosphere when it isn't too crowded. This Saturday morning there was a piano player; nice touch.
Why is a paper cup the default at Mr Toots? What a pain always have to ask for a normal ceramic cup. :( Otherwise still one of my favorite coffee shops here on the coast.
Best coffee by the beach. Laid back atmosphere. Great place to sit with a cup and enjoy the scenery
I loved the small town charm of this place! The coffees were great but the coffee cake is where it’s at. Better than the bigger more touristy places, in my opinion.
Good view of the beach
Great coffee, chill vibe, beautiful view.
Extremely friendly folks , feels like home and don't smell bad like I always remembered down by margaritaville
Delicious coffee concoctions. Cozy atmosphere with a few tables on the outside patio and a few tables by the window to watch people and cars go by.
I had a great morning macchiato and blueberry danish.
Thank you upholding tradition of a good old independent coffee shop. The man who greeted me and served me is just awesome. So is his home cinnamon and cardamom coffee cake. The real deal. Photos are of the view from Mr Toots
Somewhat hidden above another store, the stairs brings you to what can only be described as one of the best smells that can be found. Not an exaggeration, the coffee is smooth and rich in flavor.. if you find parking in front of the beach... stop by, you will NOT regret coming up stairs. The view from the balcony is very much worth it as well.
A great cafe in Capitola. Frequently visited by foreigners so no surprise you hear European talking next to your table. Atmosphere is great and coffee is delicious.
Great almost hidden local coffee shop with a small outdoor patio that has an amazing view.
Excellent place for a quick coffee with a great view or a leisurely visit with friends over a boardgame, or to drink coffee and possibly hear a little live music. Great place to visit after a day at the beach, while you avoid the heavy evening traffic. Try the pie with a coffee. So Good.
Love this little coffee house. Every time I'm in the area it's a must . Great coffee and sweets . I usually get the vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookie just so I dont feel to bad about myself. I order a Toot an kamen. Taste like real coffee not the watered down stuff from the big chains. Plus the overall vibe is great . Love this place
Cozy environment, beautiful views from the balcony.
This place is amazing!!! They have very good cookies. My favorite drink to get that I recommend is the lavender honey latte with whipped cream. It taste amazing!! ❤ that has to be my favorite coffee of all time
Not great coffee
Great little river view coffee shop with great coffee and friendly service...
Slip in there on a weekday morning and enjoy locals chillin'. This is the quintessential Capitola Village venetians shot, as seen from Mr Toots delightful little balcony over Soquel Creek.
I love this place. Been here twice. It's so cute and cozy. Good hot chocolate and pastries. I love how it this cute nook upstairs above margaritaville. They have books, chess, plenty of cozy seats.
Friendly atmosphere, beautiful view, fantastic coffee!
Had a great masala chai here! Always love to stop here when we are in town. This used to be just done the street from our home and we miss hanging out here for coffee and tea.
Tiny and cute coffee shop. Played on their chess board. Enjoyed the hot chocolate.
Lovely beach-side cafe with a patio and views of the colorful buildings! A perfect place for a sunset date (: parking is free in the town from Thanksgiving to Christmas which was a nice surprise. I liked the hot spiced cider (served in a mug if you're dining in).
Great place to stop by for a perfect sunset view ! Nice ambience for reading a book .
This is a rather cozy local coffee shop, which features delicious drinks, local artworks, and minimum seating. The overall atmosphere is light and cozy, with great view of the ocean and village. I ordered the Mona Lisa as a double and it was very tasty. The barista working was unfortunately a bit rude and didn't really seem to want to be working. She was extremely slow and wasn't very approachable, and ignored us when we first came to the counter. Overall, it's a great place to have a cup of coffee with a friend or two.
This is the kind of coffee shop you come to if you want a peaceful morning that involves a good coffee by the beach. The staff is awesome and I love the atmosphere. My only issue with the place is the lack of outlets in a desirable location.
Amazing views, but only 2 small tables on the balcony so hard to get. Bagels were good for the west coast but I thought the cafe borgia was too sweet for me.
